Beyond Brokers Consulting was founded by two industry leaders who know luxury real estate recruiting from every angle - as top producing agents, as corporate insiders, and as the people brokerages call when they need results.
Co-Founder Valerie Burmester spent two years on the corporate recruiting team at Sotheby's International Realty, where she helped develop recruiting assets used across the network. That experience revealed a critical gap: Recruiting was often reactive, inconsistent, and rarely built around a cultural fit. She set out to change that.
Together with Co-Founder Andrea Leslie, they built Beyond Brokers Consulting - a platform designed to bring the right agents to the right brands, for the right reasons.
